It was 2017 when I decided to pack up and move from Mississauga to the Niagara Region.
At that time I had already been investing in Real Estate for 4 years with a portfolio of 5 Rental Properties but it was getting tough to keep buying in all the cities I had been focusing on as Prices really started to increase around the GTA and there was little to no cashflow to be made on most of the properties that I was looking at.

During this time I was working as a Realtor focusing on helping investors purchase cashflowing rental properties starting in St. Catharines and Niagara Falls… and then discovering the gem of a city called Welland and was able to help dozens of investors purchase $10,000,000+ in rental properties throughout the Niagara Region.
